de BIASI
J.L. de Biasi is a philosopher, lecturer and writer. He has studied the various topics of the Ogdoadic Tradition for more than thirty years.
He was born in southwestern France (and from Italy through his father) and his passion for the Western and Mediterranean initiatory and religious traditions, lead him inevitably to a deepening interest in the various spiritual currents which have been passed down to us from antiquity.
He is attentive to reconcile the exigence of the rationality and the heritage of the Traditions and the practices which come through. His didactic analysis makes it possible for anyone to easily understand the operation of each of these fields.
The author coordinates various teachings and workshops at the international level. A goodly number of these activities are builded on the process of the ancient process of the Hermetic Tradition.
From a Technical Training, he has a Masters Degree in Philosophy. (He teached this subject matter to a wide variety of students for over fifteen years). He is also has a Diploma in Gestalt-therapy and onirology. He transmits the message of the philosophical tradition in its spiritual teachings and in philosophical consultation.
He has worked in the initiatic traditions since 1970, and has been initiated into the Free Masons for more than 15 years. Having received the highest degrees of this tradition, he reawakened, founded and organized within the “Grand Orient de France”, the Egyptian system of Memphis-Misraïm. He continues this work today within the regular Freemasonry.
In addition to this, he founded in 1997 the first French-language Masonic publication on the Internet, called "La Parole Circule" (Spread the Word). He continues to manage it. It comprises a dissemination of materials pertinent to all degrees. The publication is sent to more than 1.500 subscribers in all the countries and all Obediences. There are an estimated 3,000 readers worldwide.
Initiated into the highest degrees of the major of the Western initiatic traditions, he was introduced very early into the Ordo of Aurum Solis and he is now the Grand Master. A large part of his daily work consists in perpetuating this rich Ogdoadic and Hermetic tradition. As Grand Patriarch Rose-Cross, he is also the person in charge of the l’O.K.R.C. (Ordre Kabbalistique de la Rose-Croix – Kabbalistic of the Rose-Cross). Grand Rosicrucian brotherhood and he is the Patriarch of the O.K.R.C. (Kabbalistic Order of the Rosicrucian Brotherhood).
